We kindly ask all patients to give at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. This helps us offer the time to another patient who may need treatment.
We do not charge for missed or late-cancelled NHS appointments, in line with NHS regulations. However, repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may result in your course of NHS treatment being closed or us being unable to continue offering NHS appointments.
Missed or late-cancelled private appointments (less than 48 hours’ notice) may be subject to a cancellation fee. Details will be explained at the time of booking.
Patients who frequently miss appointments or cancel at short notice may be unable to continue receiving care at the practice.
